We are a green coffee exporter connecting Colombian producers directly with professional roasters in Canada. We built Provenance Coffee OS, our own system that records every stage of the process — harvest, fermentation, milling, cupping, export — with photos, data and a cryptographic verification chain, so the traceability we offer can be checked, not just claimed on a label.
